Best tips to bring a woman to orgasm

So, tonight I'm probably going to do it for the first time (lol, virgin, I know I know) but I figured some dudes around here might actually have some experience in this area. So what are your best tips to bring her to an orgasm? How about giving her more than one?

From what little I know I figure I'll do alright, but I like hearing from actual real people (on teh interwebz!) *cough* so yeah. How do I know if she's faking it? Any way to tell? Can women really keep going from one orgasm to the next, like by us  doing the same routine? Is one position enough to go all the way  at least once or do you generally have to use more than one?

How about oral, do they really like it only on their clit and not inside that much? Do you agree that women can reach the big O from almost any kind of stimulation? Some men claim to be able to do that with just their nipples.

Bonus question: Do you think the world would be a better place if women got off as quickly as us guys do? I think that'd be freakin awesome if we could give them one in minutes without much work at all. I'd love to be able to pleasure a woman any time, anywhere like that.

Again, thanks man. I know my questions are odd, but it was kind of frustrating since she hardly said anything. I asked her stuff and she just kind of was quiet. I had to guess a lot by her reactions. And I suppose I'm more used to being with someone who's totally talkative and open. The girl I was close to for 3 years was much more vocal about things. I bet she would have been very different.
