What can I do to make sure she won't find out?  I already cleaned it enough that nothing is visible or smells, but what about taste... I don't feel tasting it would be a good idea, or would it?

clean the brush with soap.it will taste horrible next time she brushes her teeth but least it wont be tasting of shit. say it might of touched the soap somehow if and when she asks why here tooth brush tasted like soap or just throw it away and claim you dont know wher it  is.
