/f/ has a core version of it, but this is the full thing with ambient music.
very intuitive game, watch 30 minutes to an hour slip past while wondering around.
you can also download the game to your computer from one of the mirrors on the site.
hints:
-red means down, blue means up
-the biggest 'part' on the body is the brain. eat that and the body dies.
-pentagon shaped parts with a + inside evolve the current section you're on at the time.
-orange = attacking
-white =neutral
-black = fleeing

i'm missing something important because i've been messing with this thing for the past half hour and getting nowhere. it seems that half the times that i try to eat something i grow, and the other half of the time i just die. if i'm lucky i can get up to four long before that happens. also, these 'blue' ones that bring you up don't seem blue, they're just small white dots. and i'm not seeing any of these orange or black ones that you mention. what the hell am i doing wrong?

other creatures can eat you. if they dont have an apparent mouth, then the circle with the radiation like symbol inside is the mouth. the bigger creatures turn orange when they're attacking you, white when they're neutral, and black when they're running away. the blue dots look almost exactly like the red dots. their position is shown to you by red or blue shockwaves at the edge of the screen.

I don't know if I was pvping or if some of the enemies looked like you, but the enemies that did didn't really try to attack me or turn orange.

I just transformed into one of this spheres with shit revolving around them. killed a long guy and he dropped a yellow sphere which brought me back to the beginning and changed me.

when i use flash 7 under linux, i get the results you describe. using flash 8 under windows, however, the game works perfectly. whether the problem is linux/windows or old/new flash, i don't know. i blame old flash.

Also, when you get deep in the water, there is some heavy heavy bass in the music. I was wearing headphones and use the X-Fi Xtreme Music Sound Card, and when I first heard it I thought a large truck had pulled into my driveway.

Some consume games are fun. IMHO, This is overrated and entertaining for like five minutes.
There is NO END to this game. Once you've seen all the different creatures, its the same.

no end? i'm pretty sure that the end is when you gotta eat an advanced version of yourself at the bottom.
the point of the game is to display simplicity in design, and an intuitive game structure. no it's not very exciting or varied but it's pretty entertaining reguardless
