Selling Stolen(?) Items ebay.

So heres the deal, I was at my local gameshop, as I was leaving this guy yells at me. He says he has an Xbox 360 that he wants to sell, he says I can get it off him for $100. I figured he was a druggie or something and needed the money for crack or weed. Well I buy it, I figure I can sell it on ebay. The system works perfectly fine but.....The problem is I think it's stolen, there's no serial numbers or anything on it.

If I do sell this is there anyway they could track it?

There's no way they could track you, it's ok to sell it. If somehow they do, tell the police that someone on the internet said it was ok.

do not give out your phone number
communicate with EMAIL ONLY
tell them you will meet them somewhere
if they insist on coming to your house, fuck them and move on to the next person

then put on your ebay auction, a family member of yours is retarded and likes to mess around with stickers, regretably he/she pulled off the serial number but you can guarentee that if their is any problems you have a receipt and will get it exchanged or somethin...
