Who does it after using the restroom or before eating?

I know I do. But I have a friend over who doesn't. He is also eating from a bag of chips. Gross.

Actually, you're somewhat wrong. People seem to think that the croth and ass crack are the places where one would most likely find germs and bacteria. It's true that bacteria needs a warm and damp environment but usually pubic hair keeps the sweat from staying on the skin and allows it to escape out.
Your hands and your mouth are much more supceptible to bacteria because of their uses.
