/b/ has no rules. you can do whatever the hell you want. however you must keep in mind that "No Rules" applies to the mods as well, so you can technically be banned for no reason at all. This is also how Moot instates a de facto "No CP rule", by labeling it "mod preference", and picking mods who prefer to ban user who post things that might alert the party van.
He's probably another pedo fag trying to make himself out as the victim.

No, I'm appaled by cp, however 4chan's record of 'keep'n it legal' is less than perfect.

How it's less than perfect? CP gets purged within minutes and posters get banned. Are you meaning copyright violations? If so then you should learn that only copyright holder can report such crimes. This is why fansubs are "legal".

Come back when you run an Anonymous board that gets thousands of visitors from around the world, and tell us how fucking easy it was to "keep it legal" all the time.

You obviously missed 6/5/06. Mods were nowhere in sight. it was horrid. and even when they do permaban-users, the b&ed just restart their modems to change their IP

NO, I DON'T THINK YOU DO. HOW DO YOU BAN ALL OF AOL/TIME-WARNER? BAN THOUSANDS OF USERS FOR ONE CP POSTER? I DON'T THINK SO.

BAN THOUSANDS OF USERS FOR ONE CP POSTER?
Why not? Dynamic IPs get banned on /b/ all the time. And what about tor?

"Do not post the following outside of /b/: Trolls, flames, racism, off-topic replies, uncalled for catchphrases, macro image replies, indecipherable text (meaning "lol u tk him 2da bar|?"), or anthropomorphic ("furry") images."-4chan global rules, Article 3.
IT SAYS HERE YOU CAN POST FURRY ON /B/ LOL - For those of you who missed it the first time.

no, it says you cant post it outside of /b/. Mods still have full discretion. they can ban you for whatever they want. hell, they could ban you for NOT posting furry, if they so chose... but they wont.

dynamic ips are completly different. they only affect one user at a time, and even then all you have to do is reconnect and your back on. and what about tor?

i can't access /b/ without a proxy, and most tor exit nodes are banned.
i could use some other proxy, but having to find a new proxy every few days is really annoying.
