I had a zit on my weiner in 9th grade.

I scan my entire body each day for lesions and areas which hurt when i press my fingers or hand over it. I then pre-emptively squeeze the zits before they pores they inhabit are closed.
Lumps that don't go away are most probably cysts, the natural bumps that just occur on the penis, or a slight case of folliculitis (or a similar condition). Flucloxacillin will clean them up if that's the case.
