What the hell is the point of circumcision?

plz explain. Is it like emo cutting? Does it make you look cool? Should I try and circumcize myself? Am I spelling it right? Or am I asking too many questions?

...how do i tell if i was circuimcized? i seriously have no idea. foreskin? what the crap? Mine has a hole with no "flap" over the opening. Was i circuimcised?
