Someone has taken it upon themselves to make an animated gif of a child being kicked rather forcefully. I think that, according to the general rules of 4chan, that child abuse is illegal in the United States. Will a mod please look into this? Thanks. And just so you know, I'm not one of those types that find violence offensive or porn offensive, I just don't like it that gifs made from videos of kids getting hurt are being posted where my sweet porn should be.

I'm sorry, but if I'm correct there is nothing illegal that in GIF. Surely child abuse is illegal, but pics of it aren't, unless it's sexual abuse ofcourse.
