I want to report an offensive image on /gif/.

Someone has taken it upon themselves to make an animated gif of a child being kicked rather forcefully. I think that, according to the general rules of 4chan, that child abuse is illegal in the United States. Will a mod please look into this? Thanks. And just so you know, I'm not one of those types that  find violence offensive or porn offensive, I just don't like it that gifs made from videos of kids getting hurt are being posted where my sweet porn should be.

I apologize to the mods if I did not go about this the correct way, but I don't have MIRC.

Yeah right, we need more totally unneeded laws like that. Remember that it probably affects simulated forms in movies and documentaries which show it and are OFTEN AGAINST IT. There's this thing called freedom of speech and expression. We don't need anymore restrictions to it.
