Second generation US IMMIGRANTS are becoming buissiness owners and moving up in society. They can provide for their children who go to college, and them move out to the suburbs/ out of the ghetto. If black people would stay in school and quit trafficing drugs, they could do that too. They wouldn't "NEED" special treatment from the government.
