Um, here's a clue: BECAUSE YOU REFER TO US AS BEING INHERANTLY DIFFERENT FROM "WHITES". If you just treated us like anyone else, without constantly referencing our "blackness" we'd all get along just fine. I can't count the number of times some honkey ditch-pig noob told me I wasn't- and I QUOTE "a real black" because I didn't know how tall a NBA regulation basket ball hoop was. Or because I didn't pick up "that new album from T.I. that shit was HOT!". A white person told me once that I couldn't play guitar or sing in a band because "Rock is for whites" - I'm like: "WTF? Hendrix?"
Get a fucking clue, if whites in all of their "infinate wisdom" wanted to treat blacks as equal they would have. They just don't. There is a traditional and historical sickness in the white race and this is plain for everyone to see. Hate and Self-assumed superiority is encoded into your very culture. Just like there are a few of us that reject "Black culture" there are only a few of you that reject "White culture" and preconcieved notions about race.
