Do you sleep with the light turned on or off?

Just wondering.

off when ever i can. sleeping with lights on is bad for you health supposedly.

I sleep with a sun lamp on.

Why would I sleep with the lights on? I'd only get distracted by the brightness, both before I sleep in and when I sleep.

i used to be afraid of the dark. my YOUNGER brother used to escort me to the light switch if the room was dark. i am still sort of afraid of the dark, i imagine ghosts floating around me, but now i just brave it.

i leave them on but only because i'm too lazy to get up and turn them off. i usually am on the internets on my laptop in bed before sleep and when i want to sleep i just close my laptop and pull the blankets over my head. if the lamp was closer to my bed i'd reach over and turn it off

i have lights attached to the ceiling fan. i actually bought a longer chain that reaches to the ground to switch off the lights because i am too lazy to get up from the bed.

a freind of mine devised a string system to turn lights on and off from bed, long time ago though

I sleep with the lights off but i keep my blanky pulled over the left and right side of my heads with my hands held there so I can only stare at the ceiling because I dont want anything else in the room to stare back at me
