Anyway, not sure if I related this story...
But, last December, I was involved a rather brutal fight outside a nightclub, one that left me gravely injured and unconscious for 48 hours.
Regardless, the fight stemmed from accusations made by two females. They charged that my friend and I sexually assaulted them.
One of the females spit in my face, and I rushed after her. Drunkenly staggering around the corner, I ran into someone who dashed to the young female's defense.
At their misbegotten defense, he attacked me, landing several punches that sent me careening against the cold and unbudging pavement.
I awoke from my semi-coma to charges of sexual assault and assault and battery.
Anyway, my trial was this week. Never have I suffered a greater torrent of nerves.
Regardless, the sexual assault charges were dropped against me because the two victims who brought the allegations retracted their story.
I had maintained all along that I COULD NOT and DID NOT assault those two women.
Unfortunately, two other females, who alleged they'd received a punch to the belly and mush to the face, respectively, zealously argued that I was the perpetrator.
I had no choice but to plea out.
I plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery. Subsequently, I was placed on probation for one year.
I believe I'm innocent. I'm not violent; I have no NEED to impose my sexual wants upon a female; I have no history of physical violence against women.
For a minute, this week, I felt like Kobe.
