You need to learn to have lucid dreams. Then, when you punch somebody, it has the opposite effect. Instead of just bouncing off them, their heads explode, like Fist of the North Star style.

I think its something to do with the weight of the covers your using. It pushes down on your body so you cant move aswell as normal so it registers in you dream as immobility. I cant run in dreams either, i always end up walking in a Michael Jackson front lean type position..

My dreams are always about flying, I find myself not being able to run because I simply end up pushing myself into the air and having to wait to come back down again. I can run fast, but in the leaning position.
I don't get into fights, I just shoot people with weird futuristic/ apocalyptic weapons. I always have dreams about me being quite happy and healthy, but poor. I'm never in a mansion I'm always in my own little world in an undevelopped land. I also explore an rarea that vaguely resemblesthe area I live in. There are lots of fields and buildings and things which are sort of meditative and which give me a warm fuzzy feeling as though I have just jumped into the brain of another person and I'm not entirely sure what the memories and associations mean.

it has nothing to do with that at all. Your body is naturally immobilized while you dream, regardless of covers. The effect of not being able to run or punch (effectively) is because of psychological issues.
