Right now, I use natural toothpaste and I don't consume flouride in the water.

I have heard of this before but I'm not totally conviced of its bad effects.  Afterall, even coffee could be bad for you depending on how much you drink.  I found this link useful though:

Having said that, fluoridated water supplies are nowadays redundant and largely unnecessary because of the fact that it's widely available in toothpaste, so on that reason you could discontinue its use. Otherwise, the reason is unscientific and whacko.
