I am in college and I have no friends at all. I don't even talk to my roommate. I am so lonely.

I also didn't talk to my roommate at all last year, and I found it hard to meet people.  You should join a club that suits your interest, and simply force yourself to go to it, go to all the club social events, and try to talk to people while you're there.  If you do that, you should be able to meet at least a few people who aren't total aliens to you.
