Ever timed yourself?

I only did once, but I scored a swift 53 seconds.  Of course, I was trying for a fast time.  I figure that's not anything particular, though.  Anybody got anything better?  Or worse?  I think my longest time was about three hours.  The end hurt though, even if it was still pleasurable.
