Space Warfare?

So you hear about spy satelittes being up in space. US spy satts above Chinese airspace and vice versa. Since no one had jurisdiction over space, what stops China have blowing up US spy sats and vice versa?

It is not in China's airspace.  It is ABOVE China's airspace.  Sovereignty does not extend beyond the atmosphere.

1)  Any car, used impropely, can be seriously destructive, at any time.  Trust me, I'm in auto insurance claims for a company that specializes in high-risk cases.
2)  There's no law against taking pictures.  Open any tabloid and you'll see all sorts of revealing pics, and the photographers usually get away with it.
