Space Warfare?

So you hear about spy satelittes being up in space. US spy satts above Chinese airspace and vice versa. Since no one had jurisdiction over space, what stops China have blowing up US spy sats and vice versa?

Yes, but to clear up this analogy we better make solid what this car can do. It can take pictures of the carpark owner while he is on the toilet and may (in the future) be able to blow up things inside the carpark, at the whim of the owner.

Just to repeat and clarify, this is one fucking dangerous and annoying car for the carpark owner.
