A Peruvian was arrested on suspicion of murdering a seven year old girl. What made him do such a curel thing? There must have been some reasons for him to kill only 7th grader of elentary school. But normal people can stop themselves before taking action, even if they had such creul idea in their mind. But if he is mentally sick and can be forgiven, it is too much for the victim and her family. I think even sick people should get punishment, even death penalty.
