help with 2ch research

Hi, I'm trying to research the various 2ch characters (Mona, Shii, Giko, et cetera).

I started a thread in /r/ (which was probably a bad idea) and I was hoping someone could help me.

I'm not really anticipating any ages at this point, so I was wondering if anyone could at least tell me the name of the blue/purple haired girl that usually is found with the Sasuga Brothers.

Shii and Chibi-Tech made a really big thread about 2ch, it has a list of all the characters, Flash movies, guide to common phrases, etc.
