Haven't you had any interesting experience recently
or haven't you read anything impressive article in a
newspaper or a book?
Anyhow what's on your mind now?
Talking to yourself is also OK.

In order to get rid of stress, window-shopping is the best for me.

I always try to be nice to others. But I've been tired of it recently. I want to be myself. But after all I can't change myself. I'll try to be nice to others until I die, which makes me depressed. I don't know whether it comes from self-love or true love. But in most cases it would come from self-love, I feel.

He always tried to cold to others. It seemed that his hobby was to hurt others' feelings. He fell off from of a rooftop deck, and died.

If only there were more people here like you!

Hey, I myself could be like you. (Although the depression part is not necessary.)

I's Coming-of-Age-Day today. I feel nostalgic when I remember those days when I was around 20. I must've been happiest at that time.

What does "floccinaucinihilipilification" mean.

I wanted to buy a used PC. It's fourteen dollars. But the spec is Pentium 200. It may be too week.

I beat raw egg, and sprinkled it on rice. I ate it. It's very tasty for me. But my American friends were very surprised to see my eating it. Don't they eat rice mixed with raw egg in England or Canada?

A shop clerk talked too much and forced me to do as she liked. I couldn't believe it at first. I think she is hated by many people. She has to learn how to treat customers. She must have been overprotected and spoiled by her father. She often said that she is not accepted by others. It's wrong for a shop clerk to say such a thing to a customer. She may be mentally ill. I really got angry at the shop owner who employed her.

Rice with cooked egg, yes. People in North America only drink raw eggs for health benefits, and even that is falling out of fashion due to concerns about salmonella bacteria.

I found out today that my university has finally installed Firefox on the computers in the college of business. I'm pretty excited.

I ate too many Craisins today. They're like cranberries and raisins combined. You'd think that would be disgusting but it isn't.

Name: Anonymous 2005-01-10 22:03

Everyone loves craisins.

Why do people use handles/nicks on an anonymous bbs?

Name: you are number 6 2005-01-10 23:19

they desperately crave recognition or something

Name: Anonymous 2005-01-10 23:41

Yea, that's pretty much why I do it.

I prefer anonymous. But handles often make the thread active and interesting.

We should be able to express and develop ourselves as individuals.  Group-oriented attitude is wrong.  Learning expressive and critical skills is far more important than just memorizing a lot of facts.

A glimmer of hope in my heart. Maybe I can get out of here.

I'm doing this instead of finishing a project I'm working on. My main reason (besides having no thoughts about today's work) is that I'm annoyed by my clients and don't want to do anything for them right now.

The other reason is that I slipped and twisted my ankle and I'm in an aspirin haze right now.

The other other reason is that the aspirin has driven all creativity out of my brain while it works its magic.

The other other other reason is that this project both sucks and won't pay well.

I'm so tired! I'm trying to study for midyear exams!
But if I study so hard, I stay up late...
and now, the next morning, I am tired...
so I can't do any work at all.
Also, I forgot everything that I studied last night.
Ahhhh... I need to sleep...

I enjoyed Yahoo chat for a while. but many people don't like talking about many things. why did they join there?

Name: Anonymous 2005-01-12 12:15

^ People like discussing stupid things. Or at least acting stupid.  There's not much more to it than that.

In Manassas, Virginia, there is a Shell station behind the Cracker Barrel that still sells pills containing Ephedrine, even though it's illegal now. For the most part, they're sold for 'athsma relief', even though they're only bought for 'speed making'.

Western toilets are more comfortable than Asian toilets, and it's hard to move back.  My secret fantasy, though, is to have one of those fancy warm Japanese western-toilet seats.  Those are really damn cool.  ;o

Out of the 60+ people in my major and year, not a single one likes me.  They all think I'm stupid.  Suck it up suck it up, I tell myself.  But it's so frustrating to work on these programs on my own.  Maybe I am stupid.

Yeah, switch to MIS, the degree that exists because people have been tricked into thinking it does. ( ´∀`)
