Hi, non-native english speaker here,
i'm trying to translate this sentence into another language and i'm having a bit of a hard time.
"However, they were concerned about some of the reported outcomes, which they said had implications for the national provision of mifepristone."
Specifically, the "which they said had implications for the national provision of mifepristone" part. What does the word "implications" mean in this context?

In this context, implications means "possible effects".
