Can somebody please give me a hint, in 「すでに頭の中から花園になりつつあるけど、これ、少し落ち着いたら多分もっとすごいことになります……。 」  by これ　the author means 秘密の花園 ? or something about 頭の中 ?

同じ寮に住むということでどんな娘かは気になるけど……。
葵（……というか僕、本当に女子寮に住むの！？）
あの秘密の花園みたいな場所に！？
いや、この学園も秘密の花園みたいな場所だけど！
葵（え、じゃ、なに？　　僕、寝ても覚めてもずっと秘密の花園にいるわけ！？）
すでに頭の中から花園になりつつあるけど、これ、少し落ち着いたら多分もっとすごいことになります……。
