Chan memes in Latin?

Just for something fun to do, howsabout a Latin translation of the top X chan memes?

For a start, I tried "And nothing of value was lost". I'm not much of a scholar, so it's with GoogleTranslate (and plenty fiddling) that I came up with "Ac nihil preciosa perierat".

Alternatives include valorem (for preciosa), but I couldn't get Google to elaborate on the difference. Or, for that matter, nihil/nulla/non...

Why at all would this be fun?
