Fuck Spanish

I have to learn this shitty language for my BA and I can't for the life of me find any motivation to do it. The culture is riddled with shitty soap operas and riot-inducing sports.

Can someone please give me some reasons to learn this aside from it being required to graduate?

(Can't switch to another major program?)

If you're in the States, Spanish is the most common language after English, so it scores some points for being practical. But you probably knew that already.
