Khmer

Anyone here knows Khmer? Or has any experience in learning the language?
I'd be really interested in at least picking up the very basic of the language and the script, but I guess it's quite difficult.

Any tips? Any resources online?

At first I thought you were trolling. But then I look it up and find it's a real language.

I don't know Khmer, but I can recommend you do a couple of Google searches and try to look for resources there.
Examples are:
"Learning Khmer"
"Khmer Script"
"Khmer Pronunciation"
"Khmer music/tv" (this is so you can have examples on how the language is spoken)

Also, don't forget to use Google images, and look up videos on YouTube. If you really want a book, go to your local bookstore and see if they have anything in stock. Or look up books on Ebay, Half.com, Google Shopping, etc. And I also suggest looking around on forums aimed at the Khmer language.

Yeah, I know Khmer isn't the most popular/known language out there, especially on 4chan, but for whatever reason I've been interested in Cambodia for quite some time now and want to try to pick up at least the basics of their language.

I've already googled for help on their script, but it seems really complicated, more than, say, the Japanese Kana or Hangul, which is why I wanted to try if anyone knew the language on 4chan.

But thanks for the tipps, I didn't really think about looking on Youtube. Going to do that right now.
