.pdf for a end of chapter spanish test?

I am a broke college student at UCLA who managed to score a used Vistas spanish workbook from the bookstore for a few dollars (originally about 79.99.) I am planning on learning Spanish by myself and then doing the written test to fulfill my language credits (the classes cost too much vs credits earned.)

I have been able to locate .pdfs for every end of chapter exam except for chapter / lesson 4. Can anybody help me out?

An example will be for the end of chapter exam part B for chapter 5 is this:

I have found chapter exams for every chapter except 4. I have tried Google (with all sorts of search operators) and about three meta-search engines with no results. Our library doesn't carry the instruction edition for this workbook. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
