Is it possible to learn a language for free?
Using resources form the INTERNET?

I need help with English (as it's a foreign language to me).

How can I say "for something that must be delivered/fulfilled during the 3 months which occur after the contract began to be valid"?

A contract 'becomes valid' the moment it was signed, so in place of *became valid* I'd put *was signed*. *in three months time* should be *within three months*. So your sentence should read "x must be delivered within three months of the moment the contract was signed". You might want to get a second opinion on that, but it sounds right to me.
