I don't know if this is the right board but I'll give it a go. So, I signed my contract last night and in July I'm moving to Japan to teach English in Osaka.
I was told by my employer that knowing Japanese isn't required, yet I'd like to know some since I'll be living there for 2 years and I'd like to know what is going on. Where/How is the best way of learning?
