This is what I could perceive based on the triumph of Cristina in the held elections:

Luego el mundo sabrá y ella vera sus propios errores, los cuales enmendara (o intentaran enmendar) pero tarde sera por que el tiempo del gran cambio habrá llegado. Después los otros payasos seguirán sus pasos, algunos desaparecerán de la política y otros pasaran desapercibidos por poco tiempo hasta que sus pútridas intenciones de poder y gloria eterna sean descubiertas y reveladas al escrutinio de los comunes. Allí sera entonces el tiempo en que las gentes de ese país aprenderá a elegir y ver (en vez de solo mirar) a sus mandatarios con nuevos y mejores principios buscando lo mejor para ellos, para el prójimo y su hábitat ya que los payasos dejaran de serlo y sus payasadas dejaran de ser toleradas como si nada."
