Learning a language to get laid

Can it really work? I'm not talking about learning japanese to get a waifu but what about spanish to get a latina or something?

Not necessarily. Some women seem to find some foreign accents attractive. Of course, if your accent is especially thick and broken sounding, that would probably be very unattractive.
