Seeking A File, Looking For A Translator

I'm attempting to find a Japanese video file. I have the name of it, and I even have a website that seems to be a filesharing download spot. However, Google Translator is shitty, and I can't read Moonspeak to figure out how to work it, or if it's even what I think it is.

Can anyone here please translate Japanese on this website? I was directed here by /jp/ (think I accidentally stepped on their toes because my thread didn't have Touhou pictures -_-).

The file in question is named "クイズレイプショック！4" or something similar. Google brought me this far.
