Anyone here who is able to understand French, can you please read this site for me (official Luxembourg law collection)?

I can understand French somewhat, but not good enough to understand all the legal terms they use.
I wish to know if naked Japanese cartoons depicting underaged things ("Lolicon") is considered illegal in Luxembourg. Or if it's like some other countries where they don't care or not.
I am planning on moving to Luxembourg soon, so I need to know to delete my Lolicon off my harddrive before I do so...
