Portuguese song translation

Hello, I am trying to translate a song that a friend of mine made into english. I don't speak Portuguese, just Spanish. I took a shot at it but I would love some corrections and clarifications. Even if I got something correct, if there is a nicer way to phrase it then please let me know.

in the first verse, "dom" might be better translated as "gift" instead of "ability"

in the second verse, "a noite sempre vai ter fim" can be translated either as "the night will always have an end" or "the night will end after all". Though, the way it's said in portuguese can mean both at the same time

the last line in the fourth verse makes little sense. Being a portuguese speaker myself (pt-pt, not br-pt, which seems to be the language in which this is... believe me there's differences between both), he seems to be trying to say that "you only need to dream you are there"...

Last verse has just confirmed my suspicions... this is indeed in br-pt. I'm not too sure, but i think "Chimarrão" can be translated as "barbeque"

Also, I had thought the same thing in the line about dreaming, the translation didn't make much sense but the idea seems to be "One only need to dream of it to be there" or something.

I was going to leave chimarrão untranslated, I think it's a particular south american drink.
