What is this Norwegian word?

I'm learning norwegian (just starting actually), and this word I cannot find a definition for.

I heard it in the context of:
A: Hvordan har du det?
B: Ikke so _____.

It sounds like "vasht" or something like that, and it's not dårlig (at least I don't think it is), and it's definitely not ille.

Help please?

Also that 'so' is supposed to be 'så'.

If you want to say "It could be worse",
say "Det kunne vært verre"

Ikke så verst means not too bad, you're not doing great but you're not doing bad either.
