Anyone here make a living as a translator?

If so, could anyone help me out with this? For my graduation project, I was supposed to do something involving careers etc, anyway I chose to translate a small independent game and I tied it in with a career as a translator, but that's aside from the point. I need 3 copies of this interview sheet filled in, is there anyone on /lang/ that could help?
