Swedish/Rosetta Stone General

I have spent a week or so learning Swedish off of Rosetta Stone and so far i have liked it a lot and have been learning a lot aswell. However i'm afraid i might be moving to fast and not retaining the knowledge i am holding, anyone have some tips i should know when studying Swedish

Also how the fuck do you pronounce "Sju"

Pimsleur is a good audio program. There is an Assimil (even better than Pimsleur) Swedish, but afaik it's only in French
