If I were to move to England from the United States, would I develop an English accent?

No, if you will still live in your parents' basement.
But seriously, I can provide two anecdotal evidences that may be you will:
1) When I was in high school, one of my classmate spend summer in US. When she returned she had an american accent.
2) When I was in university, on English lesson I was told that I had German accent. But I never was in Germany, and never studied that language beyond Rammstein and Oomph! lyrics.

Only if you are a weak-minded individual who imitates his peers instead of shaping your own path.

If you are still young, it would probably be much more likely to happen. Heh heh. Big cock. PENIS. I know an Italian man who moved to England about ten years ago, and his accent is still very thick. He speaks well, but even after all that time, he still sounds very Italian.
