There are lots of ways to say it.
#2 is just a phonetic one, it's English written with japanese characters.
#4 I think is really polite, while #5 is more casual.
Personally, I'd go with #5.
Just a few things from me to make it complete:
-You could use these two instead of 'kimi' [君]. I think in this case 'kimi' would be the best one, I just mention them.
*anata [あなた]
*omae [お前]
-You can add one of these before 'Maria'. These mean 'My'.:
*watashi no [私の]
*boku no [僕の]
*ore no [俺の]
-You can leave the 'yo' [よ] out.
*Or you can say 'ze' [ぜ] instead of it, to make it sound "cooler."
