I'm studying their language. Say, are there any Ukrainian imageboards / textboard-thingies around?

>Implying Ukrainian isn't the same as Russian.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-06 16:39

No it's not, but since like half of them know either Russian or Russian and Ukrainian, they just occupate Russian imageboards.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-06 22:25

Lol occupate

You can only find either news-sites or retarded patriotic forums in Ukrainian. Half of the Ukraine uses Ukrainian irl, but in internet it's almost useless.

>Half of the Ukraine uses Ukrainian irl, but in internet it's almost useless.

Are you implying that half of Ukraine speaking the language makes it somewhat useful in RL? Lol you best be joking nigger.

Well, people from the west Ukraine speak Russian really bad, though they perfectly understand it.

You can find Ukrainian threads on Russian imageboards sometimes. Or you can pretend to be Ukrainian and start "украiнска мова тред." or whatever. In Russian "ask me anything" mutated to "задавайте свои ответы"(ask your answers), so if you want to pretend to be oldfag, translate this phrase into Ukrainian.

Surzhik basically challenges existing national identities, both Russian and Ukrainian. I think.
