Also use sites in the language

Great, I can't wait to go to the United states and learn Mexican.
Internet is free as long as you have laptop/smartphone with wifi and live in any more or less developed country.
Pirating is also free.
Btw, I heard that there are classes for learning languages that are also free. The catch: they are oftenly provided by mor[m]on-tier, so you'll be brainwashed as no tomorrow.
