いけない

I need something clarified.　勉強しなくちゃ。this means I have to study, but this is informal I was wondering the formal way of saying it is 勉強しなければらない。right? Is  it the same as saying　勉強しなければらない　勉強しなきゃいけない。　勉強しなくてはなりません。 I understand that　いけません has a stronger meaning but are they essentially the same？

勉強しなければいけない→勉強しなければ→勉強しなけりゃ、勉強しなきゃ
勉強しなくてはいけない→勉強しなくては→勉強しなくちゃ

「いけない」の部分は「いけません」「ならない」「なりません」などにできます。
話し言葉ではこれらは省略することがありますが、意味は同じです。
