LOL WUT.
Somebody's a retard. It's Hiragana. From Hira (平), and Kana (仮名).. 平仮名.
Anyways, to OP, learn katakana now and then start learning basic grammar and basic kanji (like numbers, days, etc. commonly used ones). Then learn your verb conjugation and move onto more intermediate/advanced grammar while still getting in your kanji (make up some plan like learn 10 a week in jouyou order, or something else like that that works for you).
http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar <- Very helpful for starting your grammar, once you get through all of that I suggest picking up or downloading "Dictionary of Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Japanese Grammar" (3 books), they're pretty awesome and helpful.
Oh yeah and obviously throughout doing this try to read stuff with furigana, like shounen/shoujo manga, etc. Then when you get comfortable with those you can move onto other stuff like reading more difficult manga, news articles, threads on 2ch, etc.
