日本語でそのまま言えば「難解言語」かな。

脚注入れて説明するなら
「遥か遠くお月さまの上で話されているに
違いないと思えるぐらい
難解な言語のことを英語では月語(moonspeak)と言う。」
とかでもいいと思うよ。
