Dead Languages

So the jewish folk managed to resurrect hebrew from the dead. If you could bring a dead language back to life whihc would it be and why? I guess latin would be rather useful. Decoding old manuscripts and such like.

I am not a nigger, however an old nigger language would be interesting to see, especially one that had a lot of clicks.
An old language from Siberia would be cool too.
