Japanese Grammar

Hey guys, I live in Japan and I started learning the language by taking a class, however the class is completely worthless. I have no intention of actually learning Kanji as I am actually speaking the language. I'm learning now from a book called "Japanese for busy people" It seems fine but then again I'm pretty sure you wouldn't say Dozo Yoroshinku Onegai Shimasu after meeting everyone you meet. If anyone has some book recommendations or if I should just stay with the class I will be forever in your debt.

Thanks

I recommend you the best reference book: DICTIONARY
Try to remember sets of Jidoushi & Tadoushi as many as possible.
nagareru<>nagasu
wataru<>watasu
tomaru<>tomeru
hamaru<>hameru
yakeru<>yaku etc.

Don't change these.
