So they expect u to speak Spanish (rant)

I find it ridiculous that a Spanish person in the US expects me to understand them in Spanish without even asking me first if I spoke the language or at least attempting to speak English at first.  Now, if I lived in Mexico, Latin America, or Spain, I don't see the problem since it's the official language.

It's one thing if you can't speak English at all (or whatever language is official or most commonly used in the country) but it's very arrogant to expect people to understand your language without question.  Usually, I'll reply to these folks in Chinese (my native language)..  hey, if they expect me to know Spanish, I'm expecting them to understand Chinese.

 Tell that to all the fat AmeriKKKans who visit Pakistan, Ethiopia, and Sweden while talking loud on their cellphones and eating a Big Mac in the other hand who expect everyone to speak and provide services in English and for whatever damn reason they do. Why? Because those countries want his money? Some things are more important.
