Japanese word that i can't find...

...in any dictionary, be it online or in the books i have.
The sentence is -
"Yappa Bokko ha(wa) sugeeya"

So, what 'sugeeya' means?
tried to find the parts of the words in case it was two words (no spaces makes it hard), but to no avail.
Pretty please?

Also, two things to add. First, i've got big problems with grammar, so if it is a mod of other word, i can't tell. Second, it's out of context, so i can't guess for life.

アメリカの検索で一位になってるのが日本のアニメとか。世界中で一番人気の映像作品が日本のアニメとか。
極めつけは世界一長い国号、2000年のどの白人より長い王室ならぬ、その上の皇室保有。
エンペラーに代表される歴史。普通の神経してたらこんな国怖くて関わりたくない。
